Wild Weather NO.2

There's a bumper sticker that says "Respect the ocean", or something like that. I took these photos at Snapper Rocks yesterday, marvelling at the power of the ocean and the stupidity of brainless blokes.

Cheers mate!

This final photo captures the beautiful colours, in the sea and the sky, looking north from Snapper( one of the world's top 10 surfing breaks when it's pumping).

Fantastic part of the world isn't it? Maybe I'll get up there one day to see it

Super photos. Quite amazing these "mates" weren't bowled over by the waves since they look very intense.

Hi cabacurl - you were on my post yesterday under the title Stormy Weather.

These photos are amazing for two reasons - the power of the water, and the stupidity of the guys and of course they never get washed out to sea though!!!!

First, thanks for your comment on my blog. Sorry, I had a terrible week and was a bit late in replying, but left an answer to your query there.
Great posts lately. The weather is most weird this year...
I'm taking some holidays till mid September. Meanwhile, I leave you in Bali at Blogtrotter. Enjoy!

The sea can be so awesome. Good to capture from a distance but so dangerous to get too close. I agree those lads are simply stupid.

The photos are really great. The guys like taking risks for sure.

G'day Cabacurl,

The last shot could pass off as snow on a rocky outcrop!

Keep smiling
